Every home we design is unique. Our pricing reflects the level of customization, coordination, and professional experience involved in producing plans that are practical, buildable, and thoughtfully developed.
We offer design-forward residential plan sets, with engineering services available as optional add-ons when required.
Custom Residential Plan Sets
Starting at $3,200
Typical projects range from $1.25–$1.75 per square foot, depending on size and complexity.
Includes:

- Roof plan (layout, slopes, ridges, and valleys)

Exterior elevations (typically four)

Electrical layout (lighting, switches, outlets, fans)

Engineering Services (Optional Add-Ons)
Engineering services are available only as add-ons to Yellow Rose Home Designs plan sets and are not offered as stand-alone services for plans prepared by others.
Foundation Engineering (Texas Projects)
Starting at $2,000
- Sealed foundation plan when required
- Scope limited to foundation design
- Pricing varies based on site conditions and structural complexity
Structural Engineering (When Required)
Quoted per project
Provided only when design features exceed prescriptive code limits or when required by the local jurisdiction.
Interior Coordination (Optional)
Starting at $2,500
Includes interior elevations, finish coordination, and layout guidance for key spaces. Interior coordination is not required for permitting or construction.
3D Renderings
Available as an add-on
Pricing varies based on number of views and level of detail.
Consultations
$175 per hour
Consultation fees may be credited toward a full plan set if you proceed.
